Sawat-dii kha! I am overjoyed when I managed to
have a first oversea trip of my life. The chance came about
when a few friends and I decided to have a tour in June. We
unanimously decided to know more about Thailand. Hence,
we booked our free and easy package with Misa Travel
Agency. On 23 Jun 2000, at 9.20 a.m., we found ourselves
onboard Thai Airway. We transited at Phuket International
Airport and then to Bangkok International Airport at 12.15
p.m.

We had no trouble in getting a transport to bring us to
the designated hotel. Upon reaching the premise, we took a
quick shower and a quick lunch, and began roaming the
streets.

We headed straight to the shopping heart of
Bangkok. Namely, Siam Centre, Siam Discovery Centre
and Ma Bu Kong Center. We went on a shopping spree and
ended up to the hotel at 9.30 p.m., with cramps and
exhaustion.

After dinner, we spreaded our guide books and maps
to locate the so call "red-light" district, Patpong, of Bangkok.
It is what that makes Bangkok famous. In the night, we went
there, which is a big area where all the whores houses, Go
Go Boy clubs, pubs and discos are situated. If you do not
know how to get there, simply take the B.T.S. and alight at
Sala Daeng Station.

We went into each and everyone of the clubs and
pubs. Besides the normal drinks and musics, they also
performed "LIVE" Suck, Love Making and Fuck show on
stage. Gosh! We were all stuned and shocking but of course
enjoyed the shows staged. Needless to say, this was our
first time to have seen such performances.

In addition to the clubbing places, there is this Pasa
Malam situated along the whole main Road of Silom. There,
you can many stalls selling different kinds of products just
like normal Pasa Malam in Singapore. The only standout
thing is there are a few stores selling V.C.Ds. All are pornos.
They have all kinds of men, women, gays and lesbians porno
movies on sale. If you are in to it, do remember to drop by
the Pasa Malam.

The remaining four days of our trip remained eventful
and enjoyable. We shopped, pubbed, clubbed and danced
our hearts out. We eventually glup baan (go home) on the 27
Jun 2000. We had, undoubtly, a most unforgetable and
eventful first trip to Bangkok, khawp khun Thailand.
This is the Asia Hotel which
accommodated us during our five
days stay in Thailand.
This is the renowned Ma Bu Kong
Shopping Center. You can buy
many things in here and best of all,
they are mostly bargainable.
This is the Thailand B.T.S. The Thai version of the
M.R.T. Another new innovative public transport of
Thailand.
This is Soi 2 (Lorong 2), of Silom
Street. This is where 99.99% of all
the gays, hangout. Along this lane
are, Topman Club, DJ Station, Henry
Club, and JJ Park etc.
